that we shall customize for your city. Start a second or

A) What are we
offering you?
We are seeking to appoint someone, like yourself,
interested in having us custom-design, print and
ship to you 20,000 24" x 36" 1-sided posters of your city, similar
to our Florida Fun Poster). You
then sell these posters locally through retail outlets, tourist
places, hotels, attractions, etc. for a
good price and make a LOT of money doing that. For example, if you
distribute two posters a
year, you will NET over US$150,000! Imagine if you do different
posters for different cities and
distribute them at the time!
B) How much money
can you make?
The 20,000 posters will cost you US$20,000 at $1.00 each. That
includes design, proof, printing,
and delivery to you. Such a beautiful custom designed
poster in cartoon style should sell for no
less than US$7.00 if not more. Here in the USA, if you go
to certain book stores, you can get
similar (not identical) posters for $10-15. These are considered
POSTERS not MAPS. We sell
the above Florida posters for $20 each (rolled in a kraft tube!).
If you sell them in tubes, you
need to charge more than the $7 for each poster. You do not have to
sell them in the tube! You
can sell them rolled held by a rubber band.
Assume, just for the sake of conversation, that you sell it for
$7.00 each and give the retailer 30%
of the selling price.
At the selling price
of just $7/ ea, you will NET $78,000 per 20,000 posters
ordered!
Here is how we figured that out:
20,000 posters x $7 each x 70% (your net profit) less $20,000
investment =US$78,000
per order of 20,000 posters AFTER deducting your investment of
US$20,000! That is
about 400% return on investment! Unbelievable profit margins!
It may take you 3-6 months to sell
the 20,000 posters, depending on how busy the retail outlets
you sold (or consigned) them to and all you have to do is visit the
retailers to replenish their supply
and collect the funds (if you are doing it on consignment). We
recommend two price levels to the
retailers:
-For outlets that would BUY the posters upfront,
you can give them a 40% discount on the $7
selling price per poster. You sell
them the posters for $4.20 and they resell them for $7/each.
You make $3.20/ea from this $4.20,
after having recovered your original $1.00/ea to design
and print the poster!
-For outlets that want you to CONSIGN them, you
give them the 30% consignment fee on the
$7 selling price per poster. So you
NET 70% of the $7 price per poster, or $4.90/each. You
make $3.90/each after having
recovered your original $1.00/ea to design and print the
poster.
Of course, if you decide to charge say $10/poster, you (and the
retail outlets) will make much
more money!
At
the $10 price per poster, after paying the retailer 30% and
deducting
your original $20,000 investment,
you will NET
$120,000 per 20,000 posters ordered!

We can only publish FOUR
posters a year. Each one takes a few months to do!
If you are very interested in ordering your cartoon
poster, you can take one of two steps:
A) Prepay $20,000 for the poster
and we can start it right away on your project.
B) Or wire a deposit of US$1,000 and you can
reserve your spot for this year (2010). When you are
ready, you can then remit the balance of US$19,000,
at which time we can start the poster.
We do not send free samples without serious
commitment on the part of the prospective client. A
low resolution sample of the poster can be seen at
the top of this webpage. Once you commit yourself
(by prepaying the entire amount or the above $1000
deposit), we can mail you samples.

C) Here are the steps that
we both need to follow after you remit the cost of the
posters.
Please read them very carefully and email or call
if you have any questions:
i) We shall custom-design and print 20,000 24" x 36" one
sided cartoon poster for your city.
ii) Our manager will fly to your city, spend 7 days designing it:
traveling around, getting info,
collecting brochures and other local street
maps, visiting attractions, etc. He will need your
help in the design by accompanying him
around, telling him which are the most important
highways and streets to include, local
attractions, to draw on the poster, etc. Your input is
very essential.
iii) When he flies back to the USA, he will assign the job of drawing the
poster to our renowned
cartoonist. Once done, we shall express to you a full
color copy. Modifications can be made and
changes can be uploaded on line in low resolution so
you can see and approve them.
iv) Once you approve the final version, we shall dispatch the digital
files to our printers in the USA
or in Dubai. The 20,000 posters will be printed &
shipped to you.
v) Once you receive the posters, the job for us is finished and you need
then to sell them through
local distributors, either by straight sale or by
consigning them to retailers. The Manager will
make suggestions as to how you can do that when he
comes to visit you. In general, retail or
outlets where tourists, locals, visitors, etc. visit or
stay: hotels, attractions, retail shops, malls, etc.
It is not very difficult to sell or consign 20,000
posters. For example, all you need to start are 50
such retail outlets and sell or leave 200 posters at
each place. That totals 200 x 50=10,000
posters. Then you keep the other 10,000 as reserve to
resupply these 50 stores or to start a
new route of 50 other stores. If you initially sell or
consign them to 100 retail outlets all over your
city, selling or consigning 200 posters each outlet,
the entire 20,000 will be dispatched out!
vi) You can do the selling/consigning yourself or you can hire a sales
person to do the selling. You
still have a wide profit margin to enable you give such a
sales person say 15-20% commission.
vii) You could have a very lucrative side business. If you are busy with
a job, for example, this
would be ideal for you to invest US$20,000 and have a sales rep
hired exclusively for the task of
selling these posters through retail outlets! The manager will be
ready, when he arrives in your city,
to train you and/or a sales person on how to consign and/or sell
the posters!

E) Once you are approved to be our publisher of cartoon
posters in your area, you will receive an
official fax, followed by a letter sent by airmail. In the
meantime, you need to arrange the wire
transfer of the fee agreed upon to our bank.
